It's been almost 5 years since we have owned our own home. I'm excited to share that we have currently placed a offer on this home 1/01/09 hopefully a wonderful start to the new year. We are awaiting a response from the bank since this is a foreclosure home. "Short Sale" Our offer has been accepted we are just waiting. We have asked to close on 2/27/09 I'm so happy to say good-bye to renting and having a home we can call ours. I will be updating as we proceed to go forward. This is a pretty home inside and out and I can't wait to move in. It seems like a dream come true. We have decided not to buy the home we are currently living in. (lease option to by) to many issues!
